Mysterious, intermittent no start issue 200

'84 240, LH 2.0. Sometimes the car will not start in the morning. It seems to have something to do with temperature and moisture, as once it warms up outside and the dew has evaporated from the grass, the car will almost always start.

Replaced cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires. Also replaced 25 amp fuse and fuel pump relays. No dice.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
