Can a failed Coolant Temperature Sensor cause a no start? I am getting code 1-2-3 for the sensor. I haven't checked the sensor but before I pull the intake just was wondering if it would cause a no start. Ign components, FP relay, ECU, Fuel pumps. 25 amp FI fuse near battery all good.
