No start issue. 200 1986

Hi guys and gals.
1986 240 not started for five years.
Installed new battery and she started eventually.
Not ran much because she needed a deep cleaning.
Realized that fuel tank had rusted including sending unit.
Yesterday i replaced fuel tank, intank sending unit & pump, and fuel filter.
With new fuel she started right away but then died a minute later.
Will not restart.
Today i replaced the rotor & dist. cap with new.
Fuel is getting to rail.
Power at injectors (tested with multimeter).
Spark at plugs.
When I quickly click the key the engine sounds like it is going to start. If i turn & hold the key the sound is less convincing.
Both pumps are running (tested by jumping fuses).
Engine harness seems to be the upgraded version, no exposed wires or chipping insulation.
Will not start.
