220 tailgate doesn't lock properly 120-130

The tailgate to the wagon will pop open when driving it around.

I thought this was a common problem due to a plastic piece in the tailgate breaking. I thought somebody had these made up at one time? I think he also had the 544 bumper override spacer made up too?
