Volvo V50 trouble codes S90-V90 2008

My engine was twitching when i start the car and when i press the throttle into a position it keeps telling the car to rev higher. I used an OBD II scanner and got these two codes:

1. P2135
2. P1167

The more troubling one is the first one because it concerns the Throttle Position Module returning a faulty signal.

I would love if someone can break down what this code is and how to troubleshoot and fix it.
