Considering Selling 1988 240 wagon 200 1988

I have a 1988 240 DL wagon that I probably need to sell. I haven't driven it for ages, altho' I did have some routine maintenance parts replaced (ages ago). I haven't even tried to start it for ages ... and am certain it would need a new battery to accomplish that.
Addl notes on condition: No dents to speak of and no rust that I'm aware of; body is sound. Needs paint job. Windshield is cracked - needs to be replaced (can't be repaired). A/C hasn't been converted and needs to be recharged (or converted!) Odometer quit working - at I believe about 250K. It needs suspension work. Seems to me I had timing belt replaced at least twice. I bought car about mid 1990's (originally a So.Cal car) I didn't put a lot of miles on it beyond that.
Basically- it hasn't been driven since I got my 1993 (3 years ago) and driven only as 'back up' from about 2007 to 2014. (sigh)
I have no idea what price to put on this. I believe car will run again but clearly needs a new owner with mechanical ability. I'd hate to see it end up as a parts car but ....
Would appreciate thoughts of those more knowledgeable than I!
