Volvo sourcing Scantech (tank pump) 700 1989

I found a donor fuel sender to fix the bad float for the gauge on my sedan and decided to put a new pump in as long as I had it out.

The turbos have a different part part number, 3517845. I assume thing is because the turbos have higher fuel pressure. I found an Beck Arnley pump on eBay and picked it up since 90% of the time I have found them to be OEM. I was disappointed to find it was Scantech but put it in.

A month or so later the main pump started to make noise. I checked the currents on the pumps and they were 6 on main and 2.8 on tank which are expected. I was planning on pulling the sender to inspect and decided I would just buy a Volvo tank pump for piece of mind. When it arrived it said made in China. I pulled of the blue Volvo sticker and underneath it said Scantech.

Before I could proceed, I had to use the "Volvo" tank pump and older sending unit to replace a leaking pipe on my other 740 wagons fuel sender. So far it all is good and quiet on it.

Then the main pump then died on my sedan and was replaced. It now is a new Bosch but is loud.

I am trying to find a quality tank pump for the turbos.
