Friends,
I'm currently working on my Son's 1994 Volvo 960 station wagon with 240,000 "well maintained" miles. While we've gone down the road of battery replacement, tested the alternator and starter, grounding points and have even done the parasitic draw test, pulling each fuse to test for a draw. Armed with all these tests, the only thing that showed a small drain was the aftermarket radio, so we pulled it and all four speakers. The next morning, once again, we have a no crank situation. I'm still not convinced its not the alternator, I've done the diode test with my Harbor freight multi-meter and pulled it to have Advance Auto check too, but all show that its good. I'm up for any suggestions..
PS: Already checked vanity mirrors in the sun-visors, glove box light and overhead lighting, all with no luck!
