Fan blower won't turn off 200

Hey new to to the forum. I have 240dl. The ac runs even with it turned to off on the fan switch. I replaced the switch but still have the same problem. The guy I bought it from had just replaced the fan motor. Any suggestions before tearing the dash apart?
