What do I measure? (control arm stay bushing) 700

Wrenching on a 1990 745 regina. I am wanting to replace the control arm stay bushings but I am unsure of what I am supposed to measure so I am sure I get the correct bushing? As far as I know, the control arm is original and is made of aluminum... What am I supposed to measure to determine whether its 385mm,390.5mm or 396mm?

Thanks for the help.
