Stock 544 Exhaust + Dual Port Manifold from 123GT: Front Header Pipe Options 444-544

I just purchased a dual-outlet exhaust manifold from a 123GT and want to put it on my stock '63 544 Sport with a B18D. The exhaust is stock.

Is there an OEM Volvo front header pipe that would fit the geometry of the 544 and the dual-outlet manifold?
