control arm stay mystery part number 700 1989

I'm attempting to replace the control arm stay bushings on chassis end but part houses stumped on what I have. The rubber is not uniform but with soft spots oriented towards direction of stays (rod). Clearly says volvo 6819601
and OD is 52mm not 48mm as parts houses have. Some type of service replacement?
