Crackhead theves ‘‘worked’’ on the Fuel Injection 700 1991

Hi,

Long story short, my cousin’s 740 wagon with Regina and Rex ignition has
been severely damaged by drug addict ‘‘mechanics’’. Because they didn’t
have a key, they used an angle grinder on the dashboard.

I’m no greenling, and after several hours of wiring I’ve been able to
get the basic circuits going again and get the starter to rotate the
engine and the fuel computer to actuate the relay for the pumps.

The main question is, how can I verify that the ignition module is
functional and has recieved pulses from the CPS? The fuel computer is not holding the relay closed during start.
