91 940SE won't start 900

Our 1991 940SE with 140K died at a red light and won't re-start unless hot-wired from the battery to the coil. Have replaced coil (new), crank sensor (new) and ignition module stage unit (tried 3 used ones that worked in other cars). Not getting power to the coil. Would appreciate any suggestions, as it's a great car. Thanks!
