79 242 what to do first? 200 1979

So over the weekend I picked up a 242 and towed her home and got her running. So the previous owner said that the heater core is bad and has been redirected and may possible have bad flame trap. I got her running and it idles high and is vibration a lot until I backed it up the drive way in reverse it seemed perfectly fine( last time I drove it) so I'm assuming maybe vacuum leaks? So now you guys know some background on the car I plan on turboing it in the future and plan to do a rebuild as well oh and the odometer stopped working at 150,000 so I'm assuming with the condition it's in 200-275 range maybe less who knows. So what should I do start rebuilding it and put in turbo parts then turbo it later is kind of the plan but what do you guys think as in what are the things I should start doing first. I hope this isn't a stupid question so let's see how it goes thanks guys.
