2004 S60 - Coil Spark, No Injector Pulse 2004

Client complain of sudden slow of car and finally stop and wont start again, car was checked with no fault code...

CAM SENSOR has being replace but yet still injector wont spit fuel, when car left without cranking for 20 minutes and you try to crank, injector spit out once and wont spit again, till have to wait, according to client, ECM has being replace, but yet still car wont start, all earth point was checked and proof valid. no short circuit in the system.

Fuel pressure comes into the injector rails, but the injectors are not opening, please needed help.

The COILS spit out fire continues during cranking, there is positive current on the injector line continues but the earthing that comes from the ECM, to excite the injectors is not coming, sometimes it spray once and wont spray again...

Please help is needed.
