'90 240 hard to start & randomly dies. Code 2-3-2. What to do? 200 1990

Hey guys,

Just picked up a 1990 240. One day I lose throttle response rolling down the road and a few seconds later the car dies. Pull over, start it back up but have to stay in the gas to keep it running or it will stall. Limped it home, drove fine the next day.

Then the same thing happened a few more times in the following days. I ran the ODB1 and got code 2-3-2 so its either rich or lean at idle.

From my research it is most likely to be the Fuel pressure regulator, crank position sensor, vacuum leak or fuel pump relay.

I've attached a picture of my FPR. As you can see it look like something is leaking from the vacuum side and the hose did smell like gas. But would this make the car die randomly while I'm rolling down the road?

Just trying to get a better idea before I start throwing money at the car. Let me know if you've had similar problems!
