What tool can I use to change the valve adjustment shims on a 240? 200 1991

Does anyone know where I can purchase Volvo special tool no.5022 that compresses the intake and exhaust cam followers (to adjust valves on the B230 engine). Or what tool will work to depress the cam follower to make it possible to switch the valve shims?
