1988 Volvo 240 Service light on at engine start / then turns off 1988

My Volvo 240's 'service' light turns on when I turn on the car, and then turns off about 3-5 minutes after I've been driving it.

The 'bulb-out' light turns on when I turn on my lights as well, yet all the bulbs are functioning properly.

Other than these two things, car works great. Just not sure if I should be wary?
