1990 740 gl wagon regina system fuel issue 700 1990

I'm done with this bs I've read everything on line with no luck. My story, I've got a 1990 volvo 740gl wagon with the regina system. So I went on a road trip and came to a stop light after about 2 hours or driving and my car dies. So of course I think fuel pump I can't hear it. So I get the car home change the pump, filter, and strainer. Still no start so I get all new relays the two under the hood and the one in the fuse box still no start even with either. So I get a cpu. Car now starts on either alone. So I'm like fpr right so I get 3 fprs from a friend still won't run starts than dies like no fuel. I pull the regulator and key the ignition gas flows out till the relay clicks than I reinstall the fpr with the return off and no fuel is passing the regulator. The vacuum line is good now I can keep it alive with either but than it will die out. So of course it's a fuel issue but what!!!!!!!!!I also checked the timing belt it's still intact. Again it runs perfect with either no problems what so ever.
