antifreeze redux. 240 200

hi sages- back in early 2011 i bought a 92 245 which has been an excellent car. 3pedals , 25mpg around town , looks good , etc. prior owner who took good care of the car had just replaced a blown head gasket and head which had corroded. guess it was caused by the iron block and aluminum head fighting each other . antifreeze was and is green and clean . no overheating problems or leaking observed. here is my question . is it ok to continue to use the green stuff. test shows 50/50 mix and below 0 degrees protection. considering draining, rinsing and renewing the green stuff which i used without incident since 65 in my slantsixes. sages here say dont power flush 240 system as with the older tanks. was going to follow some of the advice here and use the G05 antifreeze, but other advice says this will lead to leaks in the old systems. think this is what new volvos use. my past practice was to drain/ flush the cooling systems every 5 years or when i noticed the coolant was starting to discolor. request your advice on what to do(follow my old plan or make changes). thanks tons oldduke . ps- get a load of this ,clipcity dealer said $300 to drain , rinse and replace coolant and warned me environmental coppers would fine me 10k if i spilled any on the ground. will give you 3 guesses what i told him- your guesses would be right each time.
