Does the Regina have 2 RSRs? 700 1992

I am still trouble shooting my 740 no start issue and a few people say to check both RSRs but I can only find one near overflow tank..a friend of mine has one and his has two also. Is it possible my Regina only has the one RSR? I know it only has one fuel pump in tank so I am not sure. At this point I am starting to lean to low fuel pressure but have no tools to check the psi. When I disconnect line on fuel rail and turn car over fuel does come out but not real pressurized. I also want to thank every one for all the advise..You are a great group of people!!
