Ok, so I'm in the middle of changing all my rear suspension bushings but I've run into a snag. I made the homebrew press tool for the trailing arm bushings but I can only get one half out. I may need some heat to get it the rest of the way; any suggestions?

Also, I pretty much ruined my panhard bar trying to get the old bushings out, whats a decent cheap replacement? IPD?

Even after all this, I got the torque arm bushings out but the new ones from URO seems to be a tad too small. WTF!?!?

Not having any luck here...
