Air Mass Meter Chart? 200

So, I'm rummaging through a box of used AMMs at the local euro-boneyard the other day, thinking that it might be nice to have a spare in the garage (or in the car-just because). Now I'm noticing that, while they all look fairly similar, they have different part ending numbers. I saw the following, then gave up:

-001
-002
-007
-016
-101
-102

I'm assuming that they're not interchangeable, but, just for my own knowledge, would like to know if there's a chart anywhere that links the numbers to which cars and years. I'm to understand that the different years take different numbers. I also recall that auto and manual trans-equipped cars do not share the same AMM. So much to think about! Any kind of a schedule to link them all up? Or, perhaps one of the Members here have a quick tutorial. Just curious.

Thanks!
B
