Rear Ashtray rattle 444-544 1964

Greetings all.

The drivers side passenger ashtray makes quite a bit of noise at it rattles around while I'm driving the car.

I've tried tightening the screws in the back of it and it seems to be firmly secured, though I don't think that's where the rattle is coming from. (I think it's coming from the tray it self.)

If I open the ash tray and leave it open, the rattle goes almost completely away.

Any ideas on what I can do to get rid of the rattle, short of just removing the ashtray?
