Wiper/horn fuse blowing again 700 1991

Early January fuse kept blowing, blew when wiper turned on. Bought a used wiper motor, installed it and had been fine for about a month. Now 4 fuses have blown in the last week. Coincidence, and have a bad motor (warranty is for 90 days). Or, other suggestions?
