245 Problem....Need help 200

So my 88 245 has progressively been getting worse. From starting hard...to now stalling randomly. The latest symptom was when I left the house the other day, I got in the car and started to drive away. I could mat the accelerator pedal but it would barely crawl. Engine wouldn't even get into high RPM. Almost like it was in a limp mode per-say. 5mph tops.

Limped it back home...shut it off and immediately started it again. It was fine. All the power was back and I noticed the buzz of the in tank pump again. My guess is that there is a dead spot on my fuel pump in the tank. I tried 2 different FP relays and I get the same results. Ill be coming to a stop at a light and the car will stall. Ill put it in park and restart it. If I don't feather the pedal it'll stall again. Start it a second time and its fine. Ill go on my way.

Does this sound like the in tank pump is starting to crap out?

Thoughts guys?
