My brakes are leaking from the brake hose on the front passenger side. From looking at the driver side, shouldn't the hard line going into the hose be a male 3/8 24? It appears that the hose and hard line were fixed with something different than OEM. Would NAPA or autozone have hard line with the correct fitting and flare for the OEM hoses?

I'm in kind of a hurry to fix this since this is what we are driving for thanksgiving.
