Transmission still faultly works after speedo repair 900 1991

I own a brand new 91-960 wagon with 260k km / approx 160k miles.

This has had permanent transmission problems (flikering light, various defaults cades) pointed at a long time speedo failure.

We've fixed the speedo last week(thanks for the help brickboard!)but the transmission still gives failure codes and turn in limp home mode after only a few minutes riding.

We suppose this car has made several kilometers with a failing tranny. If so, could it have had bad consequences causing recurent faults?

DLC gives code 3-2-2 (incorrect gear ratio) and 1-2-2 Solenoid S1 open circuit...

Any ideas of a way to get further trough the repair of our wagon?
