Seperating exhaust pipes?? 700 1992

I scored a very low mileage exhaust system (cat back)= 2 mufflers plus connecting pipes. In order to install in my garage ( no lift) I need to separate the front muffler at the pipe that goes over the rear axle. I have removed the clamp. I have soaked the joint with PBlaster good, I have opened up the metal somewhat with a screwdriver and hammer. But it still remains stubbornly stuck together. I know if I had a torch, it would be short work. Is there a trick or some hammer technique or is it a 2-4 person job to twist off the pipes?
Any help would be appreciated.
