possible low oil pressure 200 1983

I just reinstalled a ported 90+ exhaust manifold and a rebuilt garret turbocharger on my 1983 242 with 157K miles. Additionally I had a leak fixed on the radiator. I got the car back together and now the oil temp gauge reads 2.5 bars at full throttle where in previously read between 4 and 5 on a 5 bar gauge. At idle the oil gauge reads close to the read and the oil light will come on. Prior to doing this work I had no low oil pressure issues.

I am not sure if I actually damaged something that would mimic a low oil pressure symptoms or if I have a actual problems.

Any help would be appreciated.
