Up on stands, only rear right rotor rotating while in gear 200

Trying to find the source of vibration, I had the rear up on stands and revved through all gears. Leaving it in gear I got out and found the rear left rotor stationary and the right rotor rotating fast. (Wheels were off in case they are out of balance.)

Is that normal?

And vibration seems to occur in overdrive (M46).
