no start no spark 200

hi

I've been having intermittent start problems now for the last 2 years.
which has led me to replace many parts

plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rottor, ignition coil, and 25 amp fuse and holder.

i've cleaned the negative contacts from the battery to the car body

not sure why it wont start and why there is still no spark. No spark off the main wire that comes from the top of the coil either

I've red about the hall sensor a little bit. are these hard to test ? or to change ?
would a faulty hall sensor lead to no spark off the top of the coil ?

any suggestions ?
