2006 Volvo model no? 700

I came across a 2006 Volvo for sale parked outside a gas station yesterday, but didn't have time to give it a close look and didn't get the model number.

It has the same body shape as a 740 and that's what I assumed it was, but discovered that the 740 was not made that year. It has 160,000 miles and they want $3,000. Seems like too good a deal.

Can someone tell me the model number and what problems with that model in that year?
