Need help with v70 throttle body S90-V90

I have a 2001 v70 wagon 2wd non turbo
My Volvo specialist has told me that the throttle body has failed
It is part number 8644345
I want to spend as little as possible as I don't plan on keeping the car that much longer
I am seeing used 8644347 throttle bodies and many sites like Fcp Groton state that it fits the car.
Does anyone know if these Parts interchangeable?
I am seeing used ones on ebay for about 150 but have concerns about buying a used part that was defective in the first place. I see Fcp has a rebuilt 8644347 for $450 but not sure if that part is interchangeable with the 8644347?
Any help or guidance is welcome thanks
