I've got a strange issue cropping up that I'm a bit baffled by. On colder days, my 240 will have a harder time starting, even with a new battery and new battery cables. On top of that, upon starting the car after having rested overnight, all lights in the car are extremely dim and the radio shuts off, and the blower barely runs. It will continue to do this until I rev the engine over 3,000 RPM, where it then begins to behave normally. Any ideas?
