Broken arm rest: any fixes? 200 1993

'93 245: Arm rest with the slide-out cup-holder.

The arm rest came off of the hinge, that is, the screws that attach the hinge to the arm rest came sort of popped out of the arm rest. The hinge portion is still mechanically solid, it's just that the screws basically "pulled out" of the arm rest. Has anyone been successful at repairing this type of failure?
