1987 760 Turbo engine problem

I own a 1987 760 turbo. I have had the car sitting for about a month doing some unrelated work to it. When i parked the car it ran perfectly, now that I am ready to use it again I am having lots of problems. First it would not start. I ran through all my normal no start tests and found no problem. The car is well maintained and tuned up. I was getting spark so I checked for fuel related problems. Both fuel pumps were running and FPR was good. I suspected I had some intermitent problems before with my pre pump in the tank, so I checked it. The little bellows hose that connects the pump was torn, so I assumed that was the problem. I had a new pump on hand so I put that in as well. The car finally started but is still having problems. It stalls, has no power and runs very rough. I have checked everything and am stumped. I checked for vacuum leaks, swapped FPR, swapped AMM, cleaned throttle body...nothing has helped. Any suggestions would be appreciated....it seems like the engine just runs out of gas ? Even when I have it running at high RPM it will just die ?
