No fuel after replacing intake manifold 200 1987

So, took off intake manifold to replace heater hoses, coolant temperature sensor, and check on the PCV system. Had the system open for 4-5 days while I was waiting for parts to arrive. Put everything back together correctly, well, at least I think I did.

I am not sure on if the fuel injector plugs are all correct. I'm 99% sure that 1 and 4 are correct and 60% sure 2 and 3 are correct.

The distributor cap was off, so I had to put it back on, looking through my repair manual I have the order correct.

Anyway, I buttoned it all up and it won't start. I pulled two of the plugs to see if they could tell me anything. The plugs were a little warm, which leads me to believe they have spark. So I pulled off the wires to the ignition coil and tried cranking it. Plugs were still dry.

Will the hall effect sensor keep the injectors from putting fuel in if the coil isn't powered? How long does it take for the pump to re pressurize the line if it is completely drained? Any ideas on where to go next?

Car was running fine before I took the manifold off. Took it off because I was trying to find a coolant leak, which was where the hose connects to the block. I think knowing that it was running should eliminate many things. Fuel pumps/relays were fine. I just don't know where to go now.
