89 DL starting issue when warm. 200 1989

I've had this issue with my 240 since I bought it a year ago, never really cared about it but I'd like to sort it out. If I drove it till it was warm, shut it off, and tried to start it about 30 minutes later it would start, then stall. If I give the gas a push it'll stay running, then it's fine. Any ideas? No engine light..
Also, my blower motor comes on low speed by itself often even with the AC dial on "off". The AC switch clicks and the fan starts up. If I turn the AC dial up and wait a few minutes and shut it off, the blower will stop. Kind of irritating because the blower itself is kind of noisy.
No real pressing issues, but I want to get my car squared away.
Thanks
