Unfreeze an engine 200

I have a 1987 Toyota pickup with a 22r it got wrecked and decided to keep it to rebuild as it was in immaculate condition pre accident (has sentimental value) and not totally destroyed. The engine was recently rebuilt before accident and only had 3000 miles on it. The accident bent in the front bumper and hood and pushed the radiator in the fan clutch. The vehicle would turn over after the accident. The truck sat for a year and will not turn over. The distributor cap got cracked in the accident and I theorize that water got in the engine and rust froze the engine. I have been pouring wd40 and pbblaster down the spark plug holes and letting it sit for about a week, before I try to turn the engine over with a cheater bar and a 1/2 inch socket wrench. I broke my 3/4 wrench yesterday, and went out and got marvel mystery oil and poured it down each spark plug hole and will try again next week. Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem. I am ready to have this thing running again.
