Noise in front end 200

I recently purchased a 1983 242 turbo. There is noise in the front end part of it is definatly the steering rack. There maybe other steering or suspension issues also.

Should i replace the steering rack first or do ball joints tie rod ends etc first? is there a source for complete suspension steering rebuild kits.

What is a good source for steering racks. Money is tight would anyone recommend pulling one from a parts yard?

The car runs great otherwise already removed all nonfunctioning ac hardware and did the air box modification.
