Has anyone gone to the trouble to replace the small hex bolt, nut and washer that hold the cable clamp on the choke cable for a 2-bolt SU carb? I have a couple of clamps but am missing some of the bolts. I took one out and took it to the special bolt store. It's like it's a #6-38TPI. #6 is normally either 32 TPI or 40 TPI.

I really don't think it would be metric.

Any one figured this out or am I splitting hair too much???
