Hello board
Its been 1000 miles since I added the auto-rx. Yesterday I drained and replaced the fluid per the instructions. I stuck with the dino oil. But its nice and red now. I used about 10 quarts. The drained fluid came out brownish in color.

The car is shifting good now. No hint of a 3-4 shift problem. Shifting regularly and predictably. However, the 1st 1-2 shift after sitting for awhile is a bit slow, but after that, no problem. Im thinking I need to check the little ball in there. Maybe something I will adress later, or not.

The only lingering question is rather it was the auto-rx, or the earlier fluid change that solved this problem. I did the fluid change several days before adding the auto-rx. The problem 3-4 shift went away about 2 days after that.
If I could do it again, with the info I have now, I would do the auto-rx first, just to satisfy this lingering doubt.
