No Oxygen Sensor signal at ECU, 89 240 200

Still working away on my '89 240 that runs very rich.

I've already swapped/checked all the usual suspects and now I've found something new.

While checking all of the ECU inputs trying to figure out why my car is running rich but not getting any OBD codes I discovered that there is no oxygen sensor signal coming into the ECU.

However, when I check the signal at the oxygen sensor connector underhood I get a signal. It seems like the only possibility here is a break in the wiring somewhere behind the firewall.

Unplugging the oxygen sensor makes no difference in how the car runs.

Before I tear into the dash and wire harness, I was wondering, is there any other possibility?

I should probably mention that the oxygen sensor heater is also not getting battery voltage as required while running/key on. I'll have to look into where power comes from for the heater.
