Hello, everyone. I had a question about my 1992 740 turbo wagon.

I just had a new radiator put in and some oil seals and hoses replaced. I picked up the car today and when i start the engine, the alarm will chirp about 5 times, as if it's about to go off. when i turn the engine off, it chirps once.

I bought this car used, and the main primary owner mus have installed this alarm system on the car. The mechanics at the ship could not find a de-activation switch or option switch for it, and the remote it's self seems to only lock and unlock the car doors. I'm really puzzled cause i cant even find any info on the system. the remote is labeled "atv" on the back and has only 2 small buttons. the front says "security"

The alarm resets when the battery is disconnected, but the chirping sounds remain. It did not do this before i took it in for these repairs to be done. Does anyone have any experience/info on this ind of thing? help would be appreciated. thanks
