change 2 belts 1987 Volvo 240

Both belts on the front of engine of my 87 Volvo 240 need replacing. I know one is hooked to alternator/fan and the other appears to be for air conditiong compressor and maybe power steering & brakes.

How do I change those belts - loosen tension so I can get them off and new ones on.?
