91 245 Check engine light 200 1991

I am the proud new owner of a $700 245 with many little issues. One is that the check engine light is on. I checked the fuel system fault codes and got three:
-Fuel injector circuit fault
-Lean or rich condition during cruise
-Extremely lean or rich condition during cruise

The car itself seems to be running fine, any ideas what the issue might be?
