Swedish Car Day
Sunday, September 4, 2011 - 10am- 2pm

Swedish Car Day is THIS Sunday, September 4, 2011. Join us for a celebration of the Swedish Car. All Saabs and Volvos are welcome. Spectator registration - Adults, $10. Military, seniors, Children 6-12, $5. Children under 6, free. All lawn events are rain or shine.

I've never attended Swedish Car Day at the Museum, but I have been to other brand lawn events, such as European Motorcycle Day, and its generally a pretty good presentation. I don't know about this Sunday, but when I've gone before there has been a cart selling pretty high end hamburgers and hot dogs, off the grill. So, if you're inclined it might be a nice place to have lunch.

If any of the members who have helped me in the past are local to Boston, I'd enjoy meeting anyone who would be inclined to attend. I think there are a few nearby, but I do respect everyone's privacy, so consider it an invitation.
