speaker mounting 700

Hello again, It can always be hard to install speakers, but this install turned
out fairly easy. I purchased 2 pcs. of 18 ga. sheet metal 6" x 24" at tractor supply. measured, cut, drilled and mounted plates to the inside of the door panel. That gave me a surface to mount my speaker, I still had to trim the door a bit due to the size of speaker. I have also mounted componet tweeters and retained the factory speaker grille. They are like most 89 740's half tore up.
I'm actually really happy with the way it's going, I have 2 sets of audiobahn componet speakers with 2 audiobahn 600 watt amps bridged and a pair of audiobahn 12's peak @ 2k each with a jbl 1500 watt amp. All wired with 12 ga. run through the body not quite 200 ft. I took out the third seat and mounted everything under the floor, ran speaker wires up the "C" pillar and down the "A&B" pillars. A very clean install, alpine head unit. I have some pic's but don't know how to post on here.
